Welcome Matt Gaudio to the Splash Page Art Family!
We happened to be Table neighbors at NYCC artist alley a couple years ago, in which I kept needing to borrow his scissors, and now here we are working together! I guess the one time I forgot something important, it paid off for both of us!
Matt Gaudio is a New Jersey based sequential artist and graduate of the renowned Kubert School.
Awarded the Gene Colan Memorial Scholarship for “Outstanding Draftsmanship with a Pencil” as a student, he has gone on to illustrate both interiors and covers for titles such as John Wick, Beatbox and Tune, Bettie Page, and more.
Known for his polished, clean style and nuanced storytelling through body language and expression, he was recently chosen as one of five artists to participate in Marvel's Art Atelier program in Paris, France, where his work is currently on display at the Hotel New York: Art of Marvel at Disneyland Paris.
